Preparation for shoot day:
- With
color headshots becoming more popular, color choices have increased and
choosing the right color makes a difference. Bring several items including: solid colors without
logos or shiny objects and items that best compliment your skin tone. Black is good, limit white!!
- Get
plenty of rest the night before and be sure to drink plenty of water the
week before your assignment.
- Be
sure your hair is done as if you are going on an important audition, be sure
to bring a small mirror, hair brush or comb and lip balm.
Session Fees
Sessions cover time, creative mind and post –processing
associated with the session. This
fee does not include ANY photos, but it
does include the skills of the photographer. A $25 deposit is required to secure your date and time for
your shoot. Your session fee is
due the day of the session.

Proof Packages
Each shoot, up to 100 images will be taken, which offers
many images. This can be an
overwhelming task as trying to pick which pictures to purchase. A proof package will contain (4x6)
images to total no more than 25 images.
The cost of the proof package is $120. All images will be posted online for proof viewing.

Payment Policy
Fifty percent
(50%) of the package total is due at the signing of the contract. This deposit is non-refundable. We
will not hold a date open without a deposit. If another party puts a deposit on your day before you, the
date is closed. If payment
arrangements are made, the balance is due no later than two (2) weeks before
the wedding date.
Travel
A travel fee ($125 min) will be assessed for any travel
destinations further than fifty (50) miles from the office of Flash4
Photography. Overnight charges
will apply to cover travel and hotel expenses.
Time Requirements
Wedding proofs will be available approximately two (2) to
four (4) weeks following the wedding date. Enlargements will be available approximately two (2) weeks
following the final selection of the photographs.
Cancellations
Notice of cancellation must be given, in writing within
fourteen (14) days of the scheduled shoot or client will be charged 100% of the
total of this contract.
